Young Executives of the Year 2018 are awarded!
The Young Executives of the Year 2018 was awarded tonight during Assessit’s yearly leadership conference at Scandic Hotel Fornebu.
This is the 10th year Assessit handed out the award, says the proud managing director, Trond Myhrvold.
This characterizes the top candidates
“What characterizes the top of the list, is that they manage to have good relationships with their co-workers, provide the necessary management support and at the same time latitude. They have clear goals and the direction of their leadership is strong and they manage to focus on what is important for the business, without going into too much detail. They are good at inspiring and motivating their co-workers and create the necessary engagement”, says Trond Myhrvold.
